Kurbelwellen und Metallverarbeitung GmbH is a specialist manufacturer of precision large bore engine components — crankshafts, cylinder liners and connecting rods — operating from our facility in Wildau, Germany.
We supply marine operators, power plant engineers and industrial maintenance teams worldwide. Every component is produced to the most demanding OEM standards, backed by full material traceability and certification on every order.
Our Products
Precision engine components for large bore diesel, gas, dual-fuel and biogas engines.
Crankshafts
Up to 13,000 mm long and 26 tons. Manufactured for 4 to 24 cylinder engines — diesel, gas, dual-fuel and biogas. Closed die / open die forging with induction hardening.
Cylinder Liners
Up to 320 mm diameter. Centrifugal cast for uniform microstructure. OE, OES and aftermarket supply.
Connecting Rods
Up to 1,500 mm long and 560 kg. Drop-forged for large bore engines. Available for OE, OES and aftermarket applications.
Cylinder Heads
